    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS </span><br>• Agree with the statement of faith and core values, and be able to demonstrate these values <br>to Crossroads Mission Avenue staff and guests <br>• Ability to communicate effectively in a Christ-like manner and record information <br>accurately <br>• Maintain a high standard of personal morality and accountability, living above reproach <br>in all areas of life <br>• Possess strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to diffuse conflict and always <br>treat Crossroads’ guests with dignity and respect <br>• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all Crossroads activities, guests, donors, and staff <br>information <br>• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations <br>• Proven computer skills and willingness to become proficient with Crossroads Mission <br>Avenue computer software <br>• High School diploma or equivalent <br>• Human Services experience desired, but not required <br>• Hold a current CPR and First Aid Certification, or willingness to become certified <br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES </span><br>Program: <br>• Meet with guests enrolled in the PRP program a minimum of one time per week in order <br>to monitor and encourage their progress as follows:  -     <br>Provide Christ-centered counsel that supports their recovery - - <br>Confirm their fulfillment of each program phase requirement  <br>Refer guests to (and) assist them in contacting area agencies and organizations with <br>which Crossroads partners  <br>• Engage in teamwork with guest, Operations Manager, and Case Management team to <br>determine each assigned guest’s length of stay according to their efforts to succeed in <br>their program and their current situation <br>• Develop and maintain professional relationships with local agencies and organizations. <br>Be familiar with their services in order to make informed referrals <br>• Teach PRP classes on a rotational and assigned basis <br>• Be able to communicate pertinent information concerning each guest’s welfare, progress, <br>and status of stay to Operations Manager, Lead Case Manager, and partnering agencies <br>• Lead current guests from a Christian perspective, empowering them to affect needed <br>change in their lives and encouraging them to grow in their relationship with Christ <br>• Identify gaps in services, and communicate your observations to your supervisor <br>• Work with Lead Case Manager and Executive Staff to develop goals for Crossroads’ 4<br>Phase Transitional Living Program <br>• Be on call on a rotational basis in case of emergencies involving guests <br>• Work with Operations Manager to coordinate guest drug and alcohol testing as needed <br>• Log and file program records neatly and properly, keeping guest information secure at all <br>times   <br>• Assist guests with money management <br>• Report maintenance concerns to Operations Manager using Crossroads Mission Avenue <br>maintenance concerns protocol <br>• Other duties as assigned </p>",
