We specialize in aesthetic injectable services for rejuvenation and aesthetic refinement, integrative health and wellness, and advanced skincare and aesthetician services.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Role Overview</span></p>\n<p>We're looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to support local brand visibility, patient engagement, and in-clinic activations for Body+Beauty Lab. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role combining social media content creation with event coordination, community outreach, and lead management. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment where attention to detail and brand consistency matter.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>FLSA Status:</span> Non-Exempt</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<br><br></span></p>\n<p><em>Social Media</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram and other relevant platforms in alignment with brand guidelines</li>\n<li>Capture on-site content including provider moments, treatment highlights, before-and-afters, and clinic culture</li>\n<li>Partner with providers to support and encourage organic, provider-led content creation</li>\n<li>Monitor engagement and respond to comments and DMs in a timely, on-brand manner</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><br>Event Coordination</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and execute in-clinic events and local activations with clearly defined logistics and outcomes set by Clinic Leadership</li>\n<li>Manage event RSVPs, guest communications, and day-of coordination</li>\n<li>Track attendance and outcomes; deliver post-event recaps to Clinic Leadership</li>\n<li>Support outreach to local businesses, brand partners, and community organizations to drive awareness and referrals</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><br>In-Clinic Marketing Support</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure promotional materials, signage, and treatment menus are current and on-brand</li>\n<li>Support execution of campaigns, seasonal promotions, and limited-time offers as directed by Clinic Leadership</li>\n<li>Respond to incoming leads within the CRM, conduct initial outreach, and convert to appointment</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of experience in social media content creation, marketing, or event coordination</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Instagram, including Reels creation, scheduling tools, and basic analytics</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools for creating on-brand marketing assets</li>\n<li>Experience capturing and editing short-form video content for social media</li>\n<li>Comfortable on-camera and experienced supporting or directing provider content capture</li>\n<li>Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously</li>\n<li>Flexible availability including occasional evenings and weekends for onsite and offsite events</li>\n<li>Reliable transportation and ability to travel between clinic locations (Philadelphia and St. Davids)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in a med spa, dermatology, wellness, or aesthetic clinic setting</li>\n<li>Familiarity with patient- or client-facing service marketing</li>\n<li>Existing relationships with local businesses, brands, or community organizations in the Philadelphia area</li>\n<li>Experience with CRM platforms and basic lead management (specific platform training provided)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work on-site and move throughout the clinic environment</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (event materials, signage, boxes)</li>\n<li>Ability to stand or remain mobile for extended periods during events and content shoots<br><br><a href=\"https://bodyandbeautylab.com/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https://bodyandbeautylab.com/</a><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
