Working closely with global stakeholders, you will help ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion CX and PPM operational environments. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise‑wide processes, enhance service delivery, and contribute to a best‑in‑class operational support model across regions.</div><hr><h2>Your advising on subscription and license requirements.</li><li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Manage license subscription processes to ensure compliance and cost‑effectiveness.</li><li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Participate in the RPL forum to support discussions and enterprise decision‑making.</li><li class=\"___ccc16d0 through ServiceNow, preventing back‑channeling.</li><li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Support the operational support strategy for the Oracle Fusion environment.</li><li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Provide leadership and collaborate with Global Process Leads to advance the objectives of the Horizon Platform Operations team.</li><li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Identify areas of improvement within functional areas and partner with Operations and Enhancement Leads to prioritize value‑added deliverables.</li><li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Work with vendors and WSP Horizon technical teams to oversee the health and performance of Oracle Fusion, increasing availability, reliability, and first‑call resolution.</li><li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Support monthly operations scorecards using a data‑driven approach to identify trends, root causes, progress, and recommended next steps.</li><li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Help identify monthly capacity requirements to ensure support teams meet inflow demand and backlog SLA targets.</li><li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive repeatable and efficient process improvements.</li><li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Provide functional solution expertise within Oracle Fusion modules and support advanced technical solutions, testing, batch processing, and
