          "text": "<p>Oteemo is seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to lead the migration of an existing<br>\nportfolio of applications into a containerized environment. This is a hands-on engineering role<br>\nfocused on Kubernetes orchestration, Helm chart development, and ensuring applications<br>\noperate reliably on a RHEL 8 / Ceph-based private cloud platform. You will work at the<br>\nintersection of application development and infrastructure, translating software running in Java<br>\nand C++ into well-defined, production-ready containers.<br>\nCore Responsibilities<br>\n• Design, build, and maintain Kubernetes deployments and Helm charts for<br>\nmigrating existing applications into containerized workloads.<br>\n• Collaborate with application developers to understand Java and C++ codebases and<br>\nensure containers accurately reflect runtime requirements.<br>\n• Deploy and manage applications on a PAAS stack built on RHEL 8 and Ceph storage<br>\nrunning on x86/64 hardware.<br>\n• Apply OS and application hardening standards including STIG and NISPOM compliance<br>\nas security requirements mature throughout the program.<br>\n• Feed migration changes and deltas back into CI/CD pipelines built on GitLab and<br>\nJenkins as needed.<br>\n• Leverage Ansible for infrastructure automation tasks to support deployment consistency.</p>",
