    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>Tactica Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced and qualified Operations Analyst for a Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA) contract supporting the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G‑4. The Operations Analyst will oversee requirements for subordinate Army Air and Missile Defense Commands (AAMDC), supporting logistics operations and synchronizing systems, people, and processes within the organization. \n<strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as the primary liaison to Government stakeholders, primarily focusing on Army Air and Missile Defense (AAMDC) operations.</li>\n <li>Provide overall leadership and management for AAMDC requirements integration.</li>\n <li>Plan and coordinate AAMDC mobilization, staffing, logistics, and operational support.</li>\n <li>Lead multidisciplinary operational planning teams and integrated project teams.</li>\n <li>Translate operational requirements and commander’s intent into executable integration strategies.</li>\n <li>Lead the analysis and validation of critical air and missile defense mission threads.</li>\n <li>Integrate AAMDC systems and personnel into major joint and combined exercises, wargames, and training events.</li>\n <li>Provide subject matter expertise to support exercises, staff assistance visits, and inspections.</li>\n <li>Design and lead assessments that validate the operational effectiveness of integrated systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>In-depth knowledge of Army and Joint Air and Missile Defense systems (e.g. Patriot, THAAD, IFPC, C-RAM), associated C2 systems (e.g. IBCS, AMDWS), and their role within the Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense architecture.</li>\n <li>Extensive experience in military operations, with a strong background in Air Defense Artillery, Command and Control, or a related operational field.</li>\n <li>Expert understanding of Joint and Army Air and Missile Defense doctrine, tactics, techniques, procedures, and operational planning processes.</li>\n <li>Deep, current knowledge of the global air and missile threat environment, including adversary capabilities and tactics.</li>\n <li>Exceptional skill in translating technical constraints and capabilities into operational risks and opportunities for senior leaders.</li>\n <li>Comprehensive knowledge of military data links (e.g. Link 16) message standards, and network protocols.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, information assurance, and Risk Management Framework.</li>\n <li>Ability to lead and manage complex technical projects and multidisciplinary teams.</li>\n <li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting, program coordination, and briefing senior military and civilian leadership.</li>\n <li>Ability to inspire teams, drive consensus, and make critical decisions under pressure.</li>\n <li>Commitment to supporting the warfighter and the national security mission.</li>\n <li>Capacity to thrive in a rapidly evolving technological and operational environment.</li>\n <li>Meticulous approach to planning, documentation, and execution.</li>\n <li>Possesses the composure and resilience to lead through complex and stressful operational scenarios.</li>\n <li>Ability to achieve and maintain a Secret security clearance.</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.</li>\n <li>Graduate of military education programs such as the Command and General Staff College or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Prior experience supporting U.S. Army installations or missile test sites.</li>\n <li>Experience supporting air and missile defense maintenance and logistics.</li>\n <li>15+ years of prior military experience in the 14/140 military occupational series.</li>\n <li>Previous overseas or remote site operational experience.</li>\n <li>Eligibility for Top Secret/SCI clearance.</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Job Location: </strong>Redstone Arsenal- Huntsville, AL \n<strong>Physical Requirements</strong>Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.
