Who are committed to delivering programs and solutions to meet our customers' time frames and financial parameters by managing technical, schedule, and cost performance.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p>\n<p>Bluehawk is seeking a <strong>Mid-Level OSINT Collector (Mandarin)</strong> to support INDOPACOM intelligence requirements through language-enabled open-source collection and exploitation. The analyst will collect, translate, and analyze publicly and commercially available information to produce high-quality Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs) supporting defense and operational missions.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Collect, process, translate, and exploit foreign open-source information (PAI/CAI/social media)</li>\n <li>Conduct structured OSINT collection, including data mining and social network exploitation</li>\n <li>Fuse multi-source information into finished OSIRs that provide mission-relevant insights</li>\n <li>Develop and execute OSINT collection plans aligned with Combatant Command priorities</li>\n <li>Produce clear, concise intelligence reporting in accordance with DIA writing standards</li>\n <li>Support Requests for Information (RFIs) with timely and actionable responses</li>\n <li>Apply OSINT tools and methodologies to analyze complex regional and mission-specific issues</li>\n <li>Maintain working relationships across the IC, law enforcement, and operational stakeholders</li>\n <li>Continuously improve OSINT collection, processing, and dissemination methodologies</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Active TS/SCI (CI Polygraph preferred)</li>\n <li>Mandarin proficiency (DLPT Level 3 or equivalent)</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field</li>\n <li>Minimum <strong>8 years of relevant experience</strong> (within the last 2 years)</li>\n <li>Minimum <strong>3 years of OSIR writing experience</strong></li>\n <li>Completion of one of the following:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Army BOSIC</li>\n  <li>DIA BOSC 301 or 302</li>\n  <li>DIA BOTC or AOTC</li>\n  <li>Equivalent commercial OSINT training</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills & Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to rapidly translate and contextualize foreign-language materials into English</li>\n <li>Strong analytic writing skills aligned with DIA standards</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li>\n <li>Experience working independently with minimal oversight</li>\n <li>Ability to collaborate across IC partners and mission stakeholders</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail in OSINT collection planning and execution</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Highly Desired</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience producing OSIRs in accordance with DIEM guidance</li>\n <li>Familiarity with DIA Style Manual for Intelligence Production</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Bluehawk, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer/EOE Minority/Female/Disabled/Veteran/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity</em></p>\n<p> </p>",
