In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing the billing, insurance verification, and revenue cycle processes for our durable medical equipment services. You will serve as a vital link between our patients, medical equipment logistics, and insurance providers, ensuring a smooth financial and administrative workflow.&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Review and interpret insurance benefits, with a strong focus on verifying deductibles, copays, and coinsurance amounts.</p></li><li><p>Read and accurately interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to understand payment details and insurance denials.</p></li><li><p>Handle daily payment posting and precisely calculate and track outstanding patient balances.</p></li><li><p>Provide excellent, compassionate customer service by communicating clearly with patients regarding their financial responsibilities and insurance coverage.</p></li><li><p>Oversee the general workflow of equipment orders from intake through to final billing.</p></li></ul>",
