This means we work together as a team, collaborating to problem solve, supporting one another in all that we do, and remaining current with research guiding best practices in our field.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Behavior Health Technicians</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> at Silver Lining ABA Inc provide ABA therapy to children and young adults with Autism. </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">ABA</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">, or </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Applied Behavior Analysis</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">, is an approach to Autism services that teaches skills and modifies behaviors through positive reinforcement. Our </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Behavior Health Technicians</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> provide specialized attention to clients, working with one client at a time. Each client has a unique plan created to meet their specific needs and goals.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Experienced Behavior Health Technicians AND those new to the field are encouraged to apply.</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> We provide 2 weeks of paid training that will prepare you to work with clients and to take the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Full-time Behavior Health Technician Schedule</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;
