The adjunct faculty member will teach courses and/or&nbsp; labs.</p><p>Lecture and laboratory sections are typically scheduled during daytime hours, with occasional evening sections depending on enrollment and department needs.</p><hr><h3><strong>Essential Job Duties</strong></h3><p>&bull; Deliver engaging lectures and supervise laboratory activities in assigned courses<br>&bull; Develop and maintain course materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with program objectives<br>&bull; Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback<br>&bull; Hold regular office hours and maintain accessibility to students for course-related support<br>&bull; Promote a learning environment that fosters critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving<br>&bull; Ensure all safety standards and laboratory procedures are followed<br>&bull; Collaborate with other faculty and staff to enhance curriculum development and instructional quality</p><hr><h3><strong>Required Skills/Abilities</strong></h3><p>&bull; Excellent verbal and written communication skills<br>&bull; Strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering principles and applications<br>&bull; Proficiency with relevant software and laboratory tools (e.g., MATLAB, Multisim, LabVIEW, or similar)<br>&bull; Ability to deliver engaging instruction to students with varied academic backgrounds<br>&bull; Strong organizational and time management skills</p><hr><h3><strong>Education and Experience</strong></h3><p>&bull; Master&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution (Ph.D. preferred)<br>&bull; Minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in electrical engineering or a related discipline<br>&bull; Prior college-level teaching experience preferred<br>&bull; Industry experience in electrical engineering or related field strongly desired</p><hr><h3><strong>Important Note</strong></h3><p>This is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and/or skills required for this position.
