This position is not eligible for telework.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Schedule patient appointments.&nbsp;</li><li>Receive and sort mail, scan documents, etc.</li><li>Collects data from patients, including insurance information, demographics&nbsp;</li><li>Verifies benefits prior to Infusion Center appointments.&nbsp;</li><li>Collects Out of Pocket/Co-insurance payments from patients.</li><li>Greets patients and families, answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate person.&nbsp;</li><li>Check in patients for the infusion center appointments.</li><li>Must report to work on time, maintain acceptable attendance and perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
