          "text": "<p>CEDA is currently seeking Millwright Journeyman to join the Dredging and Fluid Management team at Imperial Oil's, Kearl Lake. This is a full time, site based opportunity with camp and flights provided.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What We Offer: &#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>$57.20 per hour based on an hours of work averaging agreement</li><li>14x14 shift 12 hours per day</li><li>Camp accommodations provided</li><li>Flights from Edmonton and Calgary</li><li>Excellent benefits and matching pension contributions starting on your first day!</li><li>Employer paid Extended Health Care (100% drug coverage), Dental (100% Basic services coverage), and Annual Health &amp; Wellness Spending Account</li><li>Skill development and opportunity for growth</li></ul><p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform routine and preventative maintenance to all rotating and stationary equipment within the dredging and fluid management fleet (dredges, tender boats, and 3x4 to 16x16 positive displacement pumps</li><li>Perform critical laser flange alignment on pieces of equipment</li><li>Execute scopes of work in accordance with Transport Canada standards</li><li>Repair, fabricate or replace defective machinery components and follow up testing/calibrate on repairs</li><li>Rig and move machinery and parts</li><li>Assist operations start up and shutdown of equipment according to appropriate safety procedures and governing standards</li><li>Interpret schematics and read service manuals to determine work procedures</li><li>Establish and communicate task lists, order parts, and bill of materials required for scopes of work</li><li>Ensure all health, safety and environment practices and paperwork are complete for all day to day activities</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Role Specifications</strong></p><ul><li>Journeyman Millwright Red Seal required</li><li>Comprehensive mechanical understanding of dredges, pontoons, ladder winches, and cutter heads (1+ years of experience)</li><li>Ability to read and understand piping and instrument diagrams</li><li>Class 5 Driver’s licence required</li><li>Ability to complete a pre-employment drug &amp; alcohol test</li><li>Perform physically demanding work including climbing multiple flights of stairs and carrying equipment (able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis)</li></ul><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><ul><li>You are safety focused when it comes to people and equipment</li><li>Computers are your friend, not your enemy (Sharepoint and Manager Plus software will be used)&#xa0;</li><li>You’re meticulous – you have no problem completing the required paperwork for projects and jobs</li><li>You’re happiest working in a team, sharing a laugh with your coworkers and getting the job done safely</li></ul>",
