With more than 1 million on-site visitors, 224 million television viewers worldwide, close to 40 million online visits, and more than 3 billion social media engagements in 2025, why not come and enjoy the thrill and excitement of working with our team?</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are seeking <strong>Seasonal </strong><strong>Court Attendants</strong> to monitor and maintain the courts during match play.</p>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow safety rules and regulations</li>\n <li>Maintain a safe and clean environment</li>\n <li>Interact with internal and external customers in a friendly and welcoming manner</li>\n <li>Provide courts with supplies needed for proper operation</li>\n <li>Maintain and upkeep the courts during match play</li>\n <li>Replenish supplies</li>\n <li>Clean up the courts after each match</li>\n <li>Dry courts when it rains</li>\n <li>Maintain proper use, storage, and placement of equipment</li>\n <li>Properly stock and store facility items such as nettings, center straps, and benches</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Punctual and presentable shift attendance, neatly groomed in a clean, well-maintained uniform</li>\n <li>Must maintain a positive demeanor</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills</li>\n <li>Available to work for full duration of the US Open tournament and be available days, nights, weekends, and extended hours</li>\n <li>Must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team</li>\n <li>Ability to lift 50lbs+</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of <strong>$19.00</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Uniforms:</strong> Employees will be provided with uniforms to ensure a professional and cohesive team appearance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Daily Meal Allowance:</strong> A meal allowance will be loaded onto your credentials each workday during the US Open, allowing you to enjoy meals on-site during your shift.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Exciting Work Environment:</strong> Be part of a dynamic team at a world-class venue, contributing to an unforgettable experience for players, staff, and fans.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2><strong>Come One, Come All</strong></h2>\n<p>We strongly encourage you to apply if you’re interested; all unique backgrounds and experiences welcome!</p>\n<p><em>USTA is dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities for all individuals, regardless of age, disability, national origin, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or expression, pregnancy, veteran status, marital status, family status, alienage or citizenship status, creed, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.</em></p>",
