We deploy a gated project management process across the full project life cycle, including project identification, initiation, engineering, construction planning, construction execution, and project closeout.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education Requirements</strong></p>\n<p>Enrolled in school full time pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in construction management or engineering. </p>\n<p>GPA Requirement of 3.00 </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LGEKU</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist Project Managers with managing project schedules (Primavera P6), project financials (PowerPlan), and project team communications.</li>\n <li>Review financial data to ensure accuracy of estimate and cash flow inputs.</li>\n <li>Learn key metrics for project and portfolio health analysis (EVM – Earned Value Management/CPI/SPI). </li>\n <li>Evaluate field communications for impacts to schedules and committed costs.</li>\n <li>Observe safety meetings, job briefings, and contribute as appropriate.</li>\n <li>Assist Project Managers with project documentation, including requirements, meeting minutes, and other project records.</li>\n</ul>",
