Our custom window treatments are available under the Bali, Graber, Sunsetter and Mecho brands in nearly every major retailer, in thousands of designer showrooms and showcased in large commercial buildings. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, be the first point of contact, support, and direction for designated associate group. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>1st shift- 7:00 am 4:00pm(30-minute break), 40 hours a week.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>$21.00 per hour</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Job Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain and update all metrics/team boards for process teams  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with data collection and spreadsheets  </li>\n <li>Assist with any team training or coordination of team training required including assembling training materials </li>\n <li>Attend process team meetings as needed to provide general support.  </li>\n <li>Assists in evaluating team effectiveness.  </li>\n <li>Facilitates and leads selected training and development for associates and teams as needed.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as a process team facilitator, utilizing team facilitation tools and techniques, when needed.  </li>\n <li>Provide support for the organization of new teams (charter, metrics, agenda, meeting minutes creation)  </li>\n <li>Integrates quality at the source thinking and activities in daily, individual, team and project work. (Applies to all job duties 100%)  </li>\n <li>Utilizes quality/process tools and methodology in daily individual work  </li>\n <li>Utilizes quality/process tools and methodology on teams  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Defines and documents individual processes within sphere of control  </li>\n <li>Ensures that others are trained as back-ups on (processes) within the area/department e.
