Lead cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and lifecycle management, enhancing customer value and competitive advantage. Analyze complex data sets to identify market trends and customer data translating insights into actionable strategies for product development. Establish and maintain robust risk and control frameworks across product processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and risk appetite. Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships that enhance product offerings and expand market reach, leveraging advanced stakeholder management skills. Accountable for P&L elements or direct financial results, forecast accuracy, and value realization from initiatives. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrate advanced expertise in strategic leadership and communication, setting direction for financial product portfolios and aligning teams to achieve revenue and retention goals. Exhibit proficiency in end-to-end ownership of product outcomes, managing the customer lifecycle from discovery to expansion while ensuring compliance and value realization. Ability to apply expert-level analytical thinking to address complex commercial problems, utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and improve financial metrics.
