    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(14, 16, 26); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Overview:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">We seek a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will design, implement, and evaluate behavior analysis interventions and programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health disorders, and other behavioral challenges. The successful candidate will lead a team of paraeducators and other professionals in providing high-quality care that is tailored to the individual needs and goals of each client. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Duties/Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Act as the liaison between BEAM and community/district partners by collaborating with district behavioral teams to understand individual student behavior plans and communicate those plans to appropriate community/district partner staff and BEAM staff.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Promote staff and community relationships that are in the best interest of the students, BEAM, and its community partners.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Conference with staff and community partners concerning problems of student adjustment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\"> Assist programs in curriculum development, curriculum implementation, and instructional improvement for behavioral programming.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\"> Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the results.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that target specific behaviors and promote positive behavior change.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and modify treatment plans as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Provide leadership and guidance to a team of behavior aids and other professionals working with clients with developmental disabilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Develop, plan, and provide professional development through modeling, coaching, and instruction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Conduct orientations and training for paraeducators to ensure their understanding of behavior intervention plans, ABA principles, and best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavior analysis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Perform other duties as assigned by BEAM administration.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Skills/Abilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health disorders, and/or other behavioral challenges.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques, including functional behavior assessment and behavior intervention planning.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Have and maintain appropriate certification to supervise behavior aides.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Ability to motivate, inspire and guide a team toward goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and complete records.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
