With competitive pay and benefits, stable work, and an environment that is caring and supportive, <strong>National Beef could become your next career move.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Competitive Wages and Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Family-friendly benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, and Prescription</li>\n <li>Company paid disability and life insurance</li>\n <li>Paid vacation</li>\n <li>401 (k) with Company match</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Assistant Credit Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Investigation of credit risks of customers and monitors the collection of amounts due the organization</li>\n <li>Assist in the design and implementation of processes to improve cash flow and reduce receivables</li>\n <li>Participate in reporting to management as to the effectiveness of collection concepts, practices and procedures as well as reporting on both financial and operational improvement opportunities</li>\n <li>Assist in the development of systematic approaches to maintain appropriate risk and collection documentation</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This is an on-site position.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualified Candidates for the Assistant Credit Manager position should possess the following:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively organize and handle multiple tasks</li>\n <li>Ability to work in stressful circumstances and handle all types of personalities and levels of authority</li>\n <li>Reasoning and problem-solving ability</li>\n <li>Strong mathematical skills</li>\n <li>International credit comprehension is a plus</li>\n <li>Responsive to intellectual challenges</li>\n <li>Credit and/or collection experience</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Word and Excel programs</li>\n <li>Imagination and problem-solving ability</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical skills</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree, Business and/or Finance preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualified candidates for this position will be required to successfully complete the background check.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Must be at least 18 years of age or older.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>National Beef is a leader in producing fresh, chilled and further processed beef products for customers in the U.S. and worldwide.
