Ideal candidate should have phone or face-to-face sales support experience with high attention to details along with persistence. The home location for this opportunity will be in Jackson, WI but the individual will be working remotely.&nbsp;</p><p>What you will be doing:<br>The Customer Relationship Specialist I is responsible for verifying/gaining additional end customer and dealer information, ensuring data accuracy for and from all team members. Information primarily will be used to update/add to end-customer data in Salesforce.com, identify unresolved problems and uncover potential new sales opportunities.
