          "text": "<p>The Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in store operations. This role is responsible for running shifts, delivering exceptional customer service, supporting store goals, and leading Team Members on shift. The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in daily operations and serves as a role model by upholding all company policies and brand standards. The Assistant Manager is expected to complete required Domino’s and RPM training programs, including Pizza College courses.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br>\n• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.<br>\n• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.<br>\n• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.<br>\n• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.<br>\n• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.<br>\n• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.<br>\n• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.<br>\n• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.<br>\n• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.<br>\n• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.<br>\n• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.<br>\n• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.<br>\n• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITS</strong><br>\n• Hourly pay with competitive compensation and bonus opportunities.<br>\n• Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401(k) for eligible Team Members.<br>\n• Ongoing leadership and career development through RPM Pizza College.<br>\n• Opportunities to build leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.<br>\n• Opportunities to support community partnerships and local initiatives.</p>",
