If you’re ready to lead in a dynamic educational environment and shape the future of the trade, we’d love to have you on our team!</p>\n<p><strong>What&nbsp;you will be doing:&nbsp;</strong>You’ll be responsible for&nbsp;the career technical training instruction per approved curricula. They will provide training and basic guidance and direction to help students achieve their technical training goals in compliance with government and management directives.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Essential functions:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide students with direction, instruction, and assistance in designated areas of instruction.</li>\n <li>Motivate and counsel students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits.</li>\n <li>Develop and prepare lessons in accordance with approved curriculum guidelines, recommend curricula changes and supplemental materials.</li>\n <li>Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain organized, clean, and safe training environment.</li>\n <li>Participate in student assessment panels, perform required documentation and evaluation using CIS (Center Information System) and other documentation systems.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Three (3) years related work experience and certification, licensed or accredited in state of employment from a professional trade organization. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Management &amp; Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
