    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Keep building clean</li>\n <li>Provide routine cleaning, sanitation and general upkeep</li>\n <li>Clean, dust furniture, sweep, mop or vacuum floors</li>\n <li>Empty/clean wastebaskets, trash containers, pick up recycled paper, replace light bulbs, and refill restroom dispensers.</li>\n <li>Perform cleaning and related activities such as removing snow and debris from sidewalks</li>\n <li>Keep inventory of all cleaning supplies and inform Office Manager</li>\n <li>Prepare all meeting rooms and set up for programs, as directed</li>\n <li>Clean glass doors and windows.</li>\n <li>Clean gym floor as needed</li>\n <li>Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Use as directed.</li>\n <li>Follow building sanitation procedures</li>\n <li>Clean bathrooms daily.</li>\n <li>Vacuum chapel weekly or as needed. Dust furnishings weekly</li>\n <li>Clean kitchen as needed and instructed.</li>\n <li>Move furniture, equipment and tools, as needed Open all locked offices to be cleaned, shut off coffee pots.</li>\n <li>Perform other related duties within the scope of the position. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent </li>\n <li>Able to lift up to 35 pounds </li>\n <li>Experience in or ability to learn general building maintenance.  </li>\n <li>Flexibility and a cooperative spirit are crucial characteristics of the individual who holds this important position</li>\n</ul>",
