Levy group of companies is seeking a Site Manager for our Levy Nucor Yamato Mill Services location in Blytheville, AR. &nbsp;The Site Manager is responsible for overall site operations including all mill services, plant production and maintenance. &nbsp;Serves as primary contact for mill customer.</div><div><br><strong>Benefits</strong></div><div><ul><li>Competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Prescription, 401(K) with 3% Employer Contribution, Long- and Short-term Disability</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement for qualified skilled trade programs</li><li>Student Loan Repayment Program</li><li>Employee Referral Program</li></ul></div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><div>The Site Manager will:</div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><ul><li>Supports safety and environmental initiatives including employee safety engagement, regulatory compliance and related training</li><li>Develops, trains and facilitates a team of operations and maintenance personnel</li><li>Evaluates external market needs and utilizes the information to make production decisions and manage inventory</li><li>Cultivates relationships with steel mill personnel, vendors and other management personnel</li><li>Identifies new service opportunities</li><li>Maintains and measures quality products and processes in accordance with commercial and state requirements</li><li>Ensures repair and maintenance of plant and mobile equipment</li><li>Assists with the development of budgets and business plan</li><li>Responsible for meeting budget and KPIs</li><li>Assists in the evaluation of capital expenditures</li><li>Audits processes and inspects work as necessary</li><li>Provides reporting and recordkeeping as required</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor</li></ul></div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Skills</strong></div><div>The ideal candidate will have:</div><div><ul><li>Minimum of ten years of experience in industrial or construction environment</li><li>Knowledge of applicable safety and environmental regulations and ability to implements related programs and controls</li><li>Ability to train, support and coordinate personnel in a multi-function operation</li><li>Ability to understand and use financial data for decision making</li><li>Management experience</li><li>Computer experience with knowledge of Microsoft Office products</li><li>Valid driver’s license</li><li>Some college or degree preferred</li></ul></div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>To Apply</strong></div><div>Please submit your resume.
