At Butler Metropolitan Housing Authority, you’ll help make HR processes easier, clearer, and more effective for the people who rely on them every day.</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>You’ll work with HR, IT, leadership, and vendors to strengthen systems, improve processes, and help the team make lasting progress. This <strong>onsite, 6-month contract role</strong> is ideal for someone who likes to jump into a project, make an impact quickly, and keep things moving.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><p>You’ll partner closely with HR, IT, leadership, and vendors to make sure HR tools and processes actually work for the people using them.</p><p>That includes:</p><ul><li>Supporting the implementation and improvement of HR systems such as HRIS, payroll, benefits, time tracking, performance management, and learning platforms</li><li>Working with vendors and internal teams to test systems, manage data, and support go‑live activities</li><li>Creating clear documentation, job aids, and workflows so employees and managers know what to do</li><li>Helping train HR staff, managers, and employees on new tools and processes</li><li>Troubleshooting issues after launch and identifying practical improvements</li><li>Ensuring HR changes align with employment laws and compliance requirements</li><li>Supporting audits, reporting, and data accuracy related to HR systems</li><li>Owning assigned HR projects and communicating updates clearly</li></ul>",
