Established in 1979, with one office and five attorneys, AALRR has grown to more than 300 attorneys in ten offices throughout California.</span></p><ul type=\"disc\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><u>Associate&nbsp;</u>(Intellectual Property)<strong>&nbsp;-&nbsp;</strong>The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in IP litigation matters. We currently have a lot of patent litigation, copyright litigation, and trademark litigation that needs additional support, and the successful candidate will have a broad range of experience, including:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Trademark, patent, copyright, and/or trade secret litigation experience in federal court. Trademark Office, Patent Office and ITC experience is a plus.</li><li>General IP-related advice and counsel</li><li>Conducting document and data reviews; e-discovery</li><li>Preparing and responding to written discovery requests</li><li>Conducting and defending depositions</li><li>Law and motion work</li><li>Attending court hearings and arguing substantive motions</li><li>Arbitration and/or trial experience</li><li>Preparing trademark, copyright, and/or patent applications and responding to office actions.</li><li>Transactional and licensing experience is a plus</li><li>General business/commercial and employment litigation experience is a plus</li><li>Candidates must be admitted to practice law in the State of California.</li></ul></li></ul></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
