Our vertically integrated platform delivers healthcare, commercial, and complex capital projects faster—and smarter—by aligning every phase of the build process under one roof.<br>We’re looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Construction Management Co-op</span> to join our Birmingham team for a 3-semester rotation. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience across live projects, work alongside seasoned Project Managers and Superintendents, and learn how innovative construction really happens—from the field to fabrication. This co-op will consist of 3 semesters all focused on different aspects of construction. The rotations will include one semester in the office, one semester in the field, and one semester in a hybrid role supporting our Industrialized Engineers.<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Support Project Delivery</span>: Work with Project Managers (PMs) and Assistant PMs on day-to-day operations across active jobs.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Own the Details</span>: Help prepare and track Purchase Orders (POs), RFIs, submittals, and change orders.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Stay Close to the Field</span>: Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to monitor progress and resolve real-world challenges.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Drive Project Clarity</span>: Maintain schedules, meeting minutes, and action logs to keep teams aligned.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Champion Safety &amp; Quality</span>: Assist in implementing jobsite safety protocols and compliance standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Learn &amp; Grow</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Set Goals, See Progress</span>: Create a personal learning plan to guide your summer growth.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Get Mentorship</span>: Receive feedback and coaching from project leaders in construction management, scheduling, and financial controls.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience Real Projects</span>: Participate in project meetings and gain exposure to multiple delivery types—from modular builds to healthcare facilities.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Understand the System</span>: Learn how Creature’s integrated model connects design, manufacturing, and construction into one streamlined process.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pursuing a degree in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Building Science, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field</span><br></li>\n<li>Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills<br></li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)<br></li>\n<li>Experience with Procore or construction software is a plus<br></li>\n<li>Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn by doing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Creature</span><br>At Creature, we’re not just building projects—we’re building systems, teams, and careers.
