    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Program Overview</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The JGM Engineering Graduate Rotational Program is a comprehensive 18-month initiative designed to provide recent engineering graduates with hands-on experience to help launch their career in industrial construction. For those working as an <em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Associate Project Engineer - Early Career Rotational Program</span></em> in this program, participants will gain exposure to three key areas within JGM: <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Estimation, Project Management, and Construction.</span> The goal is to offer in-depth experience under the guidance of industry experts, preparing participants for future leadership roles within our company on the construction side of the business by rotating through the departments within JGM per below (not necessarily in this order).</p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">THIS ROLE REQUIRES THE INDIVIDUALS TO BE AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL FOR UP TO 6 MONTHS AT A TIME TO SUPPORT CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN THE FIELD</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">_______________________________________________________________________________</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Rotation 1: Estimator (6 Months)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Supervisor: Senior Estimator</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Objective:</span><br>Develop skills in project cost estimation by assisting senior estimators with real-world projects in the steel fabrication and construction sectors.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze and interpret construction drawings and specifications.</li>\n<li>Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for materials and labor.</li>\n<li>Use estimation software to develop accurate cost models.</li>\n<li>Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing.</li>\n<li>Building detailed project cost breakdowns and bids.</li>\n<li>Collaboration with sales and project teams during the pre-construction phase.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills Developed:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in estimation tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Salesforce, Excel, Tekla EPM).</li>\n<li>Understanding cost management and budgeting.</li>\n<li>Risk assessment and bid proposal preparation.</li>\n<li>Sales and marketing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Outcome:</span></p>\n<p>Participants will gain critical insight into how cost estimation influences project bids and profitability.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">_______________________________________________________________________________</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Rotation 2: Project Engineer (6 Months)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Supervisor: Project Manager</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Objective: </span><br>Assist project managers in overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in project scheduling and resource planning.</li>\n<li>Monitor progress, addressing delays and reporting on milestones.</li>\n<li>Support coordination between design, fabrication, and construction teams.</li>\n<li>Assist with procurement and contract documentation (e.g., RFIs, change orders).</li>\n<li>Managing budgets, resources, and deliverables.</li>\n<li>Vendor and subcontractor coordination.</li>\n<li>Effective communication with clients and stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Risk assessment and mitigation strategies.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with field teams to ensure projects are executed safely and efficiently.</li>\n<li>Participate in client meetings and site visits.</li>\n<li>Document lessons learned during each rotation to present at the end of the program.</li>\n<li>Embrace continuous improvement and feedback to grow technical and leadership skills.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills Developed:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, ERP systems, Excell,  ProCore).</li>\n<li>Experience in managing timelines and resources.</li>\n<li>Inter-team collaboration and communication.</li>\n<li>Customer management and communication<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Outcome:</span><br>Participants will understand the full project lifecycle and develop the ability to oversee multiple aspects of project execution.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">_______________________________________________________________________________</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
