This role is at the frontlines of our community—working directly with users to understand behavior, build relationships, and identify opportunities to drive growth.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage with users daily through in app hangouts, chats, or calls</li>\n<li>Conduct surveys and gather insights to understand user needs and behavior</li>\n<li>Build genuine relationships across a diverse user base</li>\n<li>Spot opportunities for growth, retention, and monetization</li>\n<li>Act as the voice of the user by sharing actionable insights with internal teams<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we’re looking for:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong self-motivation and ownership mindset</li>\n<li>High level of empathy and ability to connect with people from all backgrounds</li>\n<li>Clear and logical communication skills (spoken and written, any language)</li>\n<li>Observant and proactive—able to identify patterns and opportunities on the ground</li>\n<li>Willingness to hustle and adapt in a fast-paced environment<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 21 years old</li>\n<li>Open to fresh graduates or undergraduates with relevant experience</li>\n<li>Must have a personal smartphone and laptop</li>\n<li>Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays</li>\n<li>Tech savvy.
