          "text": "<p><u><strong>Purpose:</strong></u></p><p>Ultimately responsible for setting the speed and tone of production by proactively scheduling and allocating resources, in service of delivering quality products to exceed our customers’ demands.</p><p><u><strong>Key Performance Indicators:</strong></u></p><p><strong>Sustainability: </strong>Meet targeted monthly build requirements by +/- 2%</p><p><strong>Customer Experience:</strong> Meet targeted OTD requirements by +/- 2%</p><p><strong>Employee Experience:</strong> Create and implement 2 inventory optimizations per year</p><p><u><strong>Core Function of Position:</strong></u></p><p><strong>Planning (60%): </strong>Analyze inventory levels and customer demands in Ax by utilizing current scheduling tools to prioritize and release orders.&#xa0; Proactively create and organize printed orders, barcodes, and bills of material for production to meet the daily build requirements.<strong>&#xa0; </strong>Distribute orders to the respective resources delegated by the responsible General Foreman.</p><p><strong>Communications (25%): </strong>Communicate across all departments to adjust production for expedited products when necessary to meet customer satisfaction. Proactively collaborate with production counterparts by creating a shared responsibility for resource allocation and delegation in service of quality products as well as on-time delivery. Identify production gaps that may interfere with the daily production goals and communicate those gaps to the responsible parties to remove production inefficiencies.<strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Inventory Control (15%):</strong> Facilitate inventory control by identifying and addressing inventory movement and/or transaction issues. Periodically performing scheduled and unscheduled cycle counts to ensure sustained inventory accuracy.</p>",
