We are currently seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to work for our company.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Summary:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Client Agency is&nbsp;National Science Foundation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Leads the delivery of analytical and consultative services across all phases of program execution, including business requirements analysis, software design, system and performance testing, and implementation.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Plans, directs, and coordinates activities in areas such as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and software development.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reviews and evaluates program resources, including budget and schedule considerations.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyzes user needs to define functional requirements and develops solutions for moderately complex to highly complex systems.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Applies expertise in information systems architecture, networking, telecommunications, automation, communications protocols, risk management, software development methodologies, lifecycle management, and modeling and simulation.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs functional decomposition to identify required tasks, interdependencies, and resource needs.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Facilitates and supervises requirements-gathering sessions and ensures that business, system, and integration requirements align with program objectives.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Evaluates alternatives and provides actionable recommendations.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proactively identifies, communicates, and mitigates risks, while resolving issues to minimize impacts on project success.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Requirements:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be eligible for a clearance. (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must have 10+ years in data analytics, information systems, automation, or a related field.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
