Discover all the possibilities of a career at Northside today.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Performs a wide range of operational and analytical duties to assist with the planning, management, and coordination of the Patient Care/Surgical Services Divisions' Operational, Clinical, Quality, and Educational initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>REQUIRED</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or Healthcare related field.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, exercise independent judgement and maintain confidentiality.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated problem solving, organizational, technical, analytical, and decision making abilities.</li>\n <li>Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Proficient in the use and application of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality.</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively with others as a team, communicate effectively, and maintain courteous and professional demeanor and attitude at all times under stressful conditions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>PREFERRED</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior Human Resources and/or Operations experience.</li>\n <li>Prior project / system implementation experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Work Hours:</h2>various\n<h2>Weekend Requirements:</h2>No",
