    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div title=\"header\"><div><p style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">The Maintenance Engineer performs the duties necessary to keep the mechanical equipment of the hospital in good working order. &nbsp;This includes boilers, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, digital controls, and other equipment. &nbsp;The Maintenance Engineer also performs preventative, corrective and requisitioned maintenance within the facility and completes general work orders and assists other departments as needed.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: 115%; margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><strong><u>Work Schedule</u></strong>:&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">1.0 FTE - 40 hours</span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Hours are:&nbsp;6:00am - 2:30pm M-F; Call rotation every 4th week. &nbsp;During this week, the hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm</span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">The primary responsibility for this position is supporting the Westfields Hospital site, including on-call coverage.
