BNH candidates will not be considered.</em></strong></p>\n<p><strong>  </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Overview</strong></p>\n<p>Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Capital Project Manager, supporting TOS II, at Tunnel 9 in White Oak, Maryland. The Capital Project Manager will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for operating, maintaining, and improving the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Open to external candidates only. BNH candidates will not be considered.</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be responsible for program/project management leadership for a group of large and complex multidisciplinary projects including capital improvement projects. May include large maintenance, test, or multiple interfacing projects. <u> </u></p>\n<p><u>              </u></p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Apply standard engineering methods and techniques to evaluate opportunities for facility capability upgrades.</li>\n <li>Manage complex projects; track and control scope of work, resource utilization, schedules, and work accomplishments; initiate corrective actions as required; maintain contact with the client, resolve contractual conflicts, or elevate conflicts to branch level for resolution.</li>\n <li>Represent the company to current and prospective clients, customers, and users.</li>\n <li>Facilitates the collection of project requirements, objectives and customer expectations, and clearly communicates this information to project teams. </li>\n <li>Provide project updates to the Tunnel 9 Branch Manager, Mission Execution director and local Air Force Director as well as other managers as required.</li>\n <li>Responsible for delivering a successful portfolio of projects safely, with all quality attributes, on time and within budget.</li>\n <li>Perform cost and performance measurement analysis against planned and estimated scope.</li>\n <li>Ensures compliance with appropriate codes, standards, and regulations (including those for environmental work). </li>\n <li>Prepares and executes Project Plans using cost, schedule, and performance objectives, resourcing, verification and validation and risk management</li>\n <li>Support common work processes and procedures within assigned function.</li>\n <li>Utilization of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) knowledge.</li>\n <li>Assist other project managers, principles, or officers in the management of extremely large, multidiscipline projects.</li>\n <li>It is a condition of employment to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy. </li>\n <li>Perform other duties as required. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or relevant technical field from an accredited university and ten (10) to twenty (20) years progressive and relevant experience in an engineering or related technical field or sixteen (16) to twenty-one (21) years of progressive and relevant experience in lieu of degree. Additional relevant education can be substituted for overall experience.</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance and the AEDC local area network.</li>\n <li>Current U. S.
