This role manages project teams, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful execution in alignment with company standards.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Oversee all phases of assigned electrical construction projects.</p></li><li><p>Develop and manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting.</p></li><li><p>Create and maintain project schedules in coordination with field leadership.</p></li><li><p>Manage subcontractor relationships and procurement processes.</p></li><li><p>Lead project meetings and serve as primary point of contact for clients and general contractors.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure alignment between field and office operations.</p></li><li><p>Identify and address project risks, change orders, and contract modifications.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.</p></li><li><p>Mentor Project Managers and support staff as needed.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications &amp; Competencies</strong></p><ul><li><p>Proven experience managing large commercial and/or mission critical electrical projects.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Excellent leadership and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.</p></li></ul>",
