    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Job Title: Student Worker - Fitness Instructor/Trainer(FY26-27)-BC</p>\n<p>Job Classification:&nbsp;Health and Recreation Services, Student</p>\n<p>Department: Campus Recreation</p>\n<p>Hiring Manager: Morgan Watson</p>\n<p>Contact: [email protected]</p>\n<p>Work Schedule: 6-20 hrs per week, Hours May Vary / 5:45AM-10:00PM</p>\n<p>Desired Length of Employment: Fall/Ongoing</p>\n<p>Pay Rate: $10.00 - $15.00</p>\n<p>Job Description:&nbsp;</p>\n<p>This position requires employees to instruct or train FitWell Group X classes, including F45, within the FitWell programs and services.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities include: &nbsp;</p>\n<p>-Plan, develop and provide safe, fun &amp; effective group fitness classes based on recognized guidelines</p>\n<p>-Ensure the safety, maintenance, and security of the facility and equipment</p>\n<p>-Observe participants for proper technique, body posture, and movements for safety</p>\n<p>-Provide appropriate advice and proper resources on routine fitness &amp; wellness questions</p>\n<p>-Work with others to execute risk reduction measures and provide care in emergency situations</p>\n<p>-Encourage the Baylor Community to live active and healthy lives</p>\n<p>-Assist in assigned area of responsibility and perform other duties assigned</p>\n<p>-Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors &nbsp;</p>\n<p>-Participate in various activities and tasks related to health and recreation &nbsp;</p>\n<p>-Adhere to and ensure safety procedures and precautions are followed &nbsp;</p>\n<p>-Ability to comply with university policies &nbsp;</p>\n<p>-Maintain regular and punctual attendance &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>General qualifications include:</p>\n<p>-Must pass State of Texas criminal background check</p>\n<p>-Experience teaching/training not required but preferred</p>\n<p>-A nationally recognized group exercise certificate required</p>\n<p>-CPR certification within 30 days of employment</p>\n<p>-Display ability to motivate members in class</p>\n<p>-Ability to work as a team &nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Employer: Baylor University</p>\n<p>Work Location: McLane Student Life Center</p>\n<p>Work Address: 209 Speight Ave, Waco TX</p>",
