In this role, students gain real-world experience by supporting members with everyday financial transactions while also acting as brand ambassadors who help promote the credit union through events, campaigns, and peer engagement.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">This position is ideal for students who are professional, dependable, comfortable speaking in front of others, and excited to represent Educators Credit Union within their school and community.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Welcome members and provide friendly, professional service.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Balance cash drawer and complete daily transactions accurately.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Share information about credit union products and services and refer members as needed.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Serve as a Marketing Ambassador by helping plan, promote, and execute campaigns.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Represent Educators Credit Union at school and community events, including tabling and presentations.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Engage confidently with peers, staff, and community members.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Complete additional duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\"><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Comfort with public speaking, presentations, and engaging with peers and adults.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive, cooperative attitude.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Willingness to learn about financial products, services, and marketing initiatives.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\"><strong>Education &amp; Program Requirements</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Must be a Junior or Senior during the 2026&ndash;2027 school year.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Must be enrolled in a High School Youth Apprenticeship program with early release.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Ability to provide reliable personal transportation to and from assigned work locations.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">Educators Credit Union is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer.
