The successful candidate will also be responsible for frequent alarm reductions related to automation equipment and will serve as a key interface between the automation team and operations to ensure open lines of communication and transparency.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Remotely troubleshoot and resolve automation-related field issues.</li>\n <li>Reduce the need for on-site responses by automation technicians.</li>\n <li>Perform frequent alarm reductions for alarms related to automation equipment.</li>\n <li>Serve as an interface between the automation team and operations to ensure open lines of communication and transparency.</li>\n <li>Maintain and troubleshoot industrial control systems, including TotalFlow, Flowboss, and Allen Bradley controllers and related infrastructure.</li>\n <li>Utilize knowledge of the Cygnet system to enhance troubleshooting and system performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Expertise in industrial control systems and troubleshooting.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of TotalFlow, Flowboss, and Allen Bradley controllers and related infrastructure.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of the Cygnet system is a plus.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in an Integrated Operations Center or similar environment.</li>\n <li>Proven track record of reducing alarm frequencies and improving system performance.</li>\n <li>Experience interfacing between technical teams and operations.</li>\n <li>Must meet all conditional job offer requirements, including background, drug, hair follicle, MVR, agility, and fit for duty. </li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>",
