We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our Purchasing Team. In this role, you will support the procurement of stores, provisions, spare parts, bunkers, and lubricants, ensuring compliance with the company’s quality standards. Reporting directly to the Technical Director, the key accountabilities include: Key Responsibilities Ensure that all relevant services and procedures are procured in line with the quality standards set by the organization. Process incoming stores, provisions, spare parts, bunkers, and lubricants requisitions through the internal ERP software (Microsoft Navision). Coordinate and communicate with vessels’ Masters and Engineers, suppliers, forwarders, and port agents, ensuring the smooth handling of the department's daily tasks and supporting the timely delivery of ordered parts to our vessels. Support superintendents in monitoring and controlling stores, spare parts, bunkers, and lubricants costs to minimize the risk of exceeding the annual budget. Perform electronic filing, invoicing, and submission of invoices for approval. Compile analytical reports at regular intervals. Effectively follow up on all pending issues under assigned responsibilities. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a technical or shipping background (other degrees may be considered if supported by relevant professional experience). At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in ship management companies involved in Liner and/or Dry Bulk operations. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English (a third language will be considered an asset). Excellent reporting and analytical skills, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP system will be considered an asset. Skills Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, “can-do” attitude. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization.
