This competitive, performance based drive is the foundation of the company’s culture.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Advanced Utility will be responsible for performing the assigned tasks, as outlined below, in addition to learning higher skilled competencies to assist in Technician career progression. </p>\n<h2><p>Wages</p></h2>\n<p>Starting wage will depend on experience and education.</p>\n<p>$17.57- $23.00</p>\n<h2><p>Responsibilities</p></h2>\n<p>Essential duties and responsibilities of an Advanced Utility include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>•Perform preventive maintenance, pre delivery assigned tasks, visual and fluid inspections, and minor repairs under direct supervision </p>\n<p>•Successfully complete appropriate training sessions as required.</p>\n<p>•Demonstrate safe and proper application of hand, pneumatic and electric tools</p>\n<p>•Travel to other stores, customer sites, other dealers, and Caterpillar facilities for work or training</p>\n<p>•A fit with Quinn Company’s performance driven culture and values of Integrity, Teamwork, Respect, Quality, Relationships, Safety</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Competencies</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Technical Skills - Pursues training and development opportunities; Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Shares expertise with others; Understands business implications of decisions; Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; Aligns work with strategic goals.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Teamwork - Balances team and individual responsibilities; Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; Gives and welcomes feedback; Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Puts success of team above own interests. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Professionalism - Approaches others in a tactful manner; Reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; Accepts responsibility for own actions; Follows through on commitments.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; Arrives at meetings and appointments on time.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals.
