Location: Kansas City (Lenexa, KS HQ) | Full-Time | In-Office
About the Job We are hiring a Business Development Associate who will be focused on outbound prospecting, cold calling, and appointment setting for their assigned Account Executives. This position plays a critical role in driving pipeline growth by initiating conversations with prospective clients across government, hospitality, and education sectors. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals who are tenacious, people ‑ oriented, and eager to start a career in sales.

What You’ll Do Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective clients Identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads Set qualified appointments for Account Executives Research prospective customers using CRM tools, online resources, and databases Maintain and update prospect information within Salesforce or other CRM systems Communicate effectively with prospects to identify needs and introduce solutions Collaborate closely with Account Executives to build a strong sales pipeline Track activity, call outcomes, and performance metrics Maintain a positive, professional, and persistent approach to outreach
