This role serves as the on-site leader, overseeing daily production, safety, craftsmanship, and crew development.</p>\n<p>The Foreman leads crews of 2–5+ team members, coordinates job-site activities, operates equipment, solves problems in real time, and communicates effectively with clients and management. Culture</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, motivate, and manage a landscape construction crew of 2–5+ team members</li>\n<li>Maintain a positive attitude, humility in leadership, and lead by example</li>\n<li>Build trust within the crew through clear communication and consistency</li>\n<li>Train, mentor, and develop team members in landscape installation techniques, equipment use, and job expectations</li>\n<li>Participate in team meetings to improve efficiency, safety, and job quality</li>\n<li>Uphold and promote DeHamer Landscaping’s Core Values on every job site</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job-Site Planning &amp; Execution</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and coordinate daily job-site activities based on project plans and schedules</li>\n<li>Read and interpret landscape construction drawings, layout plans, grades, and elevations</li>\n<li>Perform and oversee site layout, grading, drainage, and erosion control</li>\n<li>Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to company quality standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Softscape &amp; Retaining Wall Installation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Install and oversee landscape construction including:\n<ul>\n<li>Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials</li>\n<li>Mulch and stone beds</li>\n<li>Sod installation and seeding</li>\n<li>Fine grading and soil preparation</li>\n<li>Drainage systems and corrections</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Maintain quality control to ensure all installations meet company and manufacturer standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Equipment Operation &amp; Training</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate skid steers and attachments, trucks, and trailers proficiently</li>\n<li>Train crew members in safe and efficient equipment operation</li>\n<li>Monitor equipment usage and report maintenance needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Communication &amp;
