    "description": "<p><span>Integrated Counseling and Wellness (ICW) is seeking a Psychotherapist specializing in Play Therapy to join the Rexburg Team. Psychotherapists with ICW work with their clients to re-connect the disparate parts of the individual, individuals to a family, and families to communities with the goal of long-term wellness of individuals and society.  Using various therapeutic approaches, staff strive to create models of integrated care to best serve their clients.  </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>ICW serves a client population consisting of adults, adolescents, children, and couples. This position would see children in particular, but would have opportunity to see other demographics as their clinical competencies and preferences allow.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Makes accurate mental health diagnoses and develops appropriate treatment plans </span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborates with peers on cases, treatment development, and</span></li>\n<li><span>Builds rapport with clients in a compassionate and caring demeanor</span></li>\n<li><span>Mentors peers throughout their career in the Mental Health Industry</span></li>\n<li><span>Completes required documentation in a timely and professional manner</span></li>\n<li><span>Practices accountability in their actions, professionally and ethically</span></li>\n<li><span>Continually improves themselves through continued education and/or specialization</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Classification:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Full Time (30+ billable clients per week)</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Benefits eligible</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span>Flex Time (23-25 billable clients per week)</span></li>\n<li><span>Part Time (15-20 billable clients per week)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Education/License</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Licensed to practice as a Psychotherapist in the state of Idaho</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Will consider those with provisional licenses</span></li>\n<li><span>LCSW, LMFT, and LCPC preferred</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Required Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Effectively communicates, both orally and in writing, with diverse populations</span></li>\n<li><span>Actively listens</span></li>\n<li><span>Works well in a team environment and/or independently when needed</span></li>\n<li><span>Adapts quickly to rapidly changing environments</span></li>\n<li><span>Respects teammates </span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to set and hold personal/professional boundaries </span></li>\n<li><span>Critically thinks thru complex problems and provides possible solutions</span></li>\n</ul>",
