  "BriefDescription": "Under the direction of the Principal Investigator for the ELM Song Brown Program, the Nursing Peer Tutor will be responsible for providing tutoring for prelicensure students. The Nursing Peer Tutor will provide weekly small group and individual tutoring to reinforce content taught in all prelicensure nursing didactic, skills lab, and clinical courses, both on-campus and online. The Nursing Peer Tutor will motivate and empower nursing students to increase confidence and monitor progress throughout their nursing program.  This is a part-time position, with a maximum of 10 hours a week.",
