    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Overview</span></p>\n<p>Behavior Technician (BT) provides direct behavioral and instructional support to students under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst (BA).</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The role focuses on implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, supporting skill development, and promoting positive behavior.
