Description

SUMMARY Assure that products sent to our customers are in conformance to requirements by performing inspection duties that include, but are not limited to: dimensional verification of components and assemblies, verification of quality documentation, witness of product testing, visual examination of product, technical assistance to outside suppliers, engineering and operations, and working with customer inspectors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Performs Final inspections of Manufactured product. Understand and comply with all safety, environmental, quality, and ELS Company Policies. Must know and understand the Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality System Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Work Instructions. Log and generate scrap, NCR and other departmental reports for analyzation. Inspect process and paperwork on the production floor to ensure procedural standards are being followed. Ensure all working gages on the production floor are properly tagged, and in good condition. Performs functional tests on piece parts. Performs inspection of assemblies. Perform Visual Inspection of components and assemblies in accordance with applicable documents. Various other Quality related duties as assigned by supervisor.
