    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong>Why We Need Your Talents:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Banquet Server is responsible for preparing and delivering food and beverage items in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service with a smile, and ensuring that all of guests have a memorable Live 5 experience.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Where You'll Make an Impact:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a professional appearance and mannerism. </li>\n <li>Assist with set-up of tables, linens, chairs, etc. for full service of banquet events. </li>\n <li>Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events. </li>\n <li>Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures. </li>\n <li>Maintain back of the house, front of the house and side work duties for overall productivity of banquet events.</li>\n <li>Maintain positive and professional attitude.</li>\n <li> Abiding with all federal, state and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service and intoxicated guests.  </li>\n <li>Performing additional duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills to Help You Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with others; understands and complies with all Company and departmental rules and regulations.  </li>\n <li>Must be RAMP certified. </li>\n <li>Able to work entire shift, in full costume, without accommodations. </li>\n <li>Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong> </strong> </p>\n<p><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma, GED or equivalent employment in related position is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to withstand physical demands, such as standing and walking briskly for extended periods of time.</li>\n <li>Pushing, pulling stooping, bending and squatting continuously throughout shift</li>\n <li>Able to lift and carry 30 pounds, unassisted, for extended periods of time. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p>\n<li>24/7 high energy casino with over 100,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 500 employees.</li>\n<li>Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.</li>\n<li>You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed. </li>",
