You play a pivotal role in team management, regulatory compliance, and driving process improvements.</p>\n<div>\n <div style=\"margin-left: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">\n  <div style=\"margin-left: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">\n   <p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p>\n   <ul>\n    <li><span>Process and release import LC issuance, export LC advising, confirmation, and document checking for global clients</span></li>\n    <li><span>Ensure all transactions are completed with utmost quality and within agreed service level agreements, following JPM policies and ICC rules such as CP600, ISBP, and URR</span></li>\n    <li><span>Monitor transaction queues, assign work to team members, and manage pending follow-ups to maintain workflow efficiency</span></li>\n    <li><span>Identify and escalate red flags, OFAC regulatory issues, AML concerns, and boycott language breaches for review</span></li>\n    <li><span>Conduct daily huddles and meetings to communicate process updates and share feedback</span></li>\n    <li><span>Coordinate with global operations partners to manage work allocation, daily volume priorities, and leave planning</span></li>\n    <li><span>Drive team goals set by Trade &amp; Working Capital Management and foster an inclusive environment for all employees</span></li>\n   </ul>\n   <p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><strong>Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities</strong></p>\n   <ul>\n    <li><span>5+ years of experience in team management within trade finance operations</span></li>\n    <li><span>Well versed in URC, UCP, URR, and ISBP guidelines</span></li>\n    <li><span>Subject matter expertise in LC issuance, advising, confirmation, and document checking processes</span></li>\n    <li><span>Strong understanding of US regulations and OFAC compliance</span></li>\n   </ul>\n   <p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><strong>Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities</strong></p>\n   <ul>\n    <li><span>Experience in queue monitoring, work allocation, and prioritization</span></li>\n    <li><span>Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills</span></li>\n    <li><span>Project management experience</span></li>\n    <li><span>CDCS and CITF certifications</span></li>\n   </ul>\n  </div>\n </div>\n</div>",
