This role integrates and develops processes that meet business needs across the organization, manages complex issues within functional areas of expertise, and is involved in long-term planning. The position contributes to the overall business strategy and leads hourly and salaried staff, including direct labor, engineering, quality staff, and cell supervisors.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Stuart, FL, On-Site</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Leads all aspects of business unit performance, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Owns the development and execution of operational strategies to drive efficiency, quality, and profitability.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost effectiveness.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manages and develops a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensures compliance with all regulatory, customer, and company requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Leads the implementation and sustainment of Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize production processes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Owns key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensures data-driven decision-making.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Drives collaboration across engineering, quality, and production teams to improve workflow and process effectiveness.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Leads problem-solving efforts using root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Owns financial performance for the business unit, ensuring cost controls and budget adherence.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Champions a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and team development.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, technical field AND 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment &ndash; OR &ndash; in lieu of degree, 10 years of experience in a complex, precision-driven manufacturing environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3+ years of progressive experience in a leadership role, with direct reports</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
