          "text": "<p>The Manager of Consolidations will assist and contribute to the overall operations of corporate accounting and consolidations. Will be involved in accounting operations including all transaction processing, internal controls, external reporting, accounting policy and any other financial accounting compliance requirements.</p><p><span>Responsibilities</span><br /></p><p><span>•\tMonthly, quarterly and annual accounting close processes and ensuring that all transactions are booked in a timely manner and in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)</span><br /></p><p>•\tConsolidation of financial statements, ensuring revenue recognition is in accordance with GAAP</p><p>•\tOversight and adherence to accounting policies</p><p>•\tIntegrating new acquisitions into the accounting process</p><p><span>•\tWorking with the accounting staff to enable the execution of the recurring monthly transaction processing functions that are required to accommodate the activities of the Company</span><br /></p><p>•\tPartnering with the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to validate consolidated results</p><p>•\tPerforming various ad hoc projects, analyses and responsibilities</p><p>•\tAssisting the CFO and the Controller with any other projects as assigned including acquisition and systems integration</p><p><br /></p>",
