    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\">The Quality Technician / Inspector supports manufacturing operations by performing inspections, managing nonconformances, and applying practical quality tools to ensure products meet engineering specifications and customer requirements. This role is hands-on and collaborative, with a strong focus on problem-solving, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement.</p><p>This position is located in Opelika, AL. 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections</li><li>Develop and maintain product-specific inspection plans and quality documentation</li><li>Administer Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), including investigation, documentation, and follow-up actions</li><li>Apply quality tools to identify root causes, trends, and corrective actions</li><li>Partner with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues</li><li>Support production teams with inspection methods, measurement techniques, and quality metrics</li><li>Create, update, and maintain work instructions for critical manufacturing processes</li><li>Accurately record inspection results and prepare quality reports for management review</li></ul><p><strong>Quality Tools &amp; Methods (Working Knowledge Expected)</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone/Ishikawa)</li><li>Statistical Process Control (SPC)</li><li>Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)</li><li>Control Plans and basic PPAP concepts</li><li>Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)</li><li>Use of quality data to track trends and drive improvement</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>2+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality or inspection role</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications</li><li>Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and documentation skills</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Technical degree or quality-related training/certification (ASQ, CQI, etc.)</li><li>Experience working within a formal Quality Management System</li><li>Automotive, performance, or manufacturing industry experience</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Manufacturing and office environment</li><li>Frequent standing, bending, and handling of parts</li><li>Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally</li><li>Moderate noise levels</li></ul><p><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Consistent, accurate inspections and documentation</li><li>Timely resolution of nonconformances</li><li>Effective communication with cross-functional teams</li><li>Active participation in continuous improvement efforts</li></ul><p style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"Times New Roman\"; font-size: medium; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;'><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Why Holley Is a Great Place to Work</strong></p><p>At Holley, we&rsquo;re more than a performance parts company&mdash;we&rsquo;re a community of enthusiasts, innovators, and problem-solvers.
