We are seeking a QHSE Coordinator to oversee and maintain our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) programs. This role ensures compliance with industry regulations, promotes a culture of safety, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. The QHSE Coordinator will work closely with management, technicians, and field personnel to uphold the highest safety and quality standards.&nbsp;<strong>This individual must be comfortable traveling within the state of Texas and outside the state to our jobsites- up to 70% of the time.</strong>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview: </strong>The QHSE Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the QHSE Director and ensuring the company's operational success. This position assists in overseeing field technicians and project implementation, contributing to all phases from planning and coordination through execution. A key responsibility is assisting with quality inspections and audits throughout the project lifecycle, supporting the Director in ensuring adherence to standards and identifying areas for improvement. The Coordinator facilitates clear communication of project assignments to all team members, fostering collaboration and understanding. Reporting to the QHSE Director, this position works closely with other departments to integrate QHSE considerations into all aspects of the business.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and company objectives.</p><p>· Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.</p><p>· Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.</p><p>· Maintain records of incidents, non-conformities, and corrective actions.</p><p>· Lead safety training programs for employees, including toolbox talks and refresher courses.</p><p>· Conduct risk assessments and job hazard analyses (JHAs) for various projects.</p><p>· Investigate incidents and near-misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.</p><p>· Promote a proactive safety culture through regular site visits and safety meetings.</p><p>· Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices in waste management.</p><p>· Monitor environmental impact and recommend sustainable solutions.</p><p>· Keep updated on changes in environmental laws and integrate them into company policies.</p><p>· Support and contribute to safety training modules and compliance programs.</p><p>· Provide guidance and mentorship to employees on QHSE best practices.</p><p>· Work with leadership to implement continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p>· Will travel and perform onsite tasks to ensure project progression or as needed for team development&nbsp;</p><p>· Office and field-based role, with regular site visits.</p><p>· May require travel to multiple job sites for audits and inspections.</p>",
